What’s keeping the experienced runner on her toes..

speed and distance monitor, but I love the fact that it not only shows me how far and fast I’m running, it also monitors my heartrate. This means I can make sure I’m training at the right intensity to keep up with the elite athletes on race day. I then upload the data to my computer to keep track of my progress, and can even race against my previous time. I love it!
