I have attended Jan Marie’s cooking classes before and was excited about the DVD. Now I have her in my home. Her recipes are fantastic and the techniques and cooking tips on invaluable. She shares “cooking school” tips with home cooks for easy entertaining. . . making a gourmet dinner look effortsless. I’ve tried 3 of her recipes so far and they are winners. Try the chili-cinammon salmon with the fresh cabbage salad. . . to die for! Highly recommend this dvd.
