CHRISTMAS QUICK FIXES
DIETING MADE EASY
I loved The Busy Girl’s Diet in the December issue – how refreshing to have a realistic eating plan full of the things we often eat, but without the hassle of calorie counting. Not only did it give me en easy plan to follow, it actually encouraged me to eat healthy snacks and let me enjoy some ready-meals without the guilt. It’s the only diet I’ve, ever been able to follow and get results from. Thanks for* creating such a doable plan – and not assuming we’ ail have hours of time to prepare special diet meals! .

ENERGY INJECTION
I have been pregnant at some point every year over the past six years. As our family expanded, so too did my dress size. But my dwindling motivation to fight the bulge has been boosted since buying a copy of Zest for the first time in October. I read the articles with avid interest and made several changes to my lifestyle. Consequently, I’m fitter, healthier and more focused on achieving my goals. These days, I’m just one big bundle of energy! In fact, I’ve even taken out a subscription to Zest to make sure I don’t miss an issue. Keep up the good work.

HAPPY AND HEALTHY
Having been a Zest reader for several years, I must compliment you on the December issue. It’s taken me hours to read and digest over 100 pages of very positive advice and information, covering every aspect of a happy, healthy lifestyle. It reminded me that good health is the first step towards beauty. I love the fact that Zest isn’t simply focused on fashion, but instead makes me want to tone my arms, relax my mind, laugh, talk and give more time to others.

Thank you for the mood boosters In Shortcuts To Happiness (December 2008). I recently came off antidepressants and have struggled at times to stay motivated. The suggestions

MOTIVATION BOOST
Thank you for your Shortcuts To Happiness feature (December 2008), which kept me cheerful throughout November. Working as
a sales manager in the property market, I need all the help I can get to keep my staff motivated at the moment. Having found your tips so useful,
I promptly gave everyone in my team a Zest subscription as a Christmas present and they’re really enjoying it. Thank you, Zest, for keeping up our spirits!

GOING Gl
I’ve tried many diets over the years to try to drop a pc jnd or two, so I thought I’d give The New Fat Burning Diet* {November 2008) a go. I’m getting married in March and wanted to lose 91b. The diet has already worked wonders for me (after five weeks I’m well over halfway towards reaching my goal weight) and I’ve not felt hungry once! As well as being easy to follow, it’s a diet I feel I could really stick to long term. I’ve also noticed a difference in my skin, which looks so much better. I bought the book mentioned in the article (Getting The Best From The Gl Diet (Virgin Books, £10.99)) and have now passed it on to my mum who was realty inspired by the changes in my skin and weight. I hope others will try it, too. Thank you.
