How to increase Iron in diet?

Drinking OJ/Citrus juices with iron rich foods helps the absorption of the iron.Cast iron pans are a good start. Dried fruits, nuts, beans and legumes all contain iron.
Avoid caffeine and add vitamin C instead to increase absorption.
