I TRIED IT!
! Jabs, hooks, upper cuts, you name it -1 learned them all. The three-minute rounds, punching pads and bell at the end of each round made it feel like I was really in the ring. I’m a runner, so I’m used to training my lower body, but this gave me a totally different workout, was a great stress-buster and helped push my body much harder than if I were using free weights.

The aim is to move away from the often intimidating nature of classes that make you feel you have to be good at dance or synchronised movement. The emphasis here is firmly on fun with the fitness gains almost secondary.’
